We are pleased to inform the public and all interested parties that, as of May 19, 2025, T.C. ZIRAAT BANKASI A.Ş – Branch in Kosovo has officially completed its legal transformation and now operates as Ziraat Bank Kosova J.S.C., a joint stock company registered under the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
This transformation has been undertaken to strengthen our institutional presence and ensure compliance with local regulatory standards, while continuing to deliver the same high level of professionalism, stability, and banking services to our clients.
All existing contractual relationships, obligations, bank accounts, and services remain valid and uninterrupted. Clients, partners, and other stakeholders are not required to take any action as a result of this transformation.
